This is a full body puppet of the traditional Green Man character. As a woodland creation this character has a Heart of Oak. His hair is made of moss, so he is a little more delicate than most of my puppets, but still very durable. When the mouth is operated the leaves make a soft rustling sound. He is 32" from head to toe and 16" head and body (sitting). He cannot stand unsupported, but he is able to sit upright without assistance. The Green Man is both the Pagan symbol of Spring and Fertility and the Christian symbol of Resurrection and Rebirth.
